Skippy is like many monkeys acquired as infants in the pet trade. Although she was most likely a docile and cute baby, she quickly matured into an independent and sometimes aggressive monkey. As often happens with pet primates, Skippy was confiscated by Animal Control after biting a person. As is common for monkeys, Skippy has distinct preferences about who she likes and who she doesn't. She tends to prefer men and can become aggressive and irritable toward females.
